invitation letters sent

Invitations were sent to almost all refugee agencies such as Catholic Charities, Interfaith Ministries, YMCA, and Alliance. Through some connections at the agencies, I asked them to forward the invitations to all their respective friends and volunteers as well. We just have to wait and see how many will actually show up. Cannot tell really because the letters were sent out pretty late.
